The yatra started from Shikshantar's office in Fatehpura, Udaipur. We left at 8 am and entered the still-quiet streets of Udaipur. We travelled through the entire city before reaching our first stop -- a chaiwalla near Anandnagar. A crowd gathered quickly to hear what we were up to: Why no money? What would we do? How will it work? Discussions, invitations, juggling and performances ensued... The yatra had really begun!
